這是衆安赴港上市後**與投資人(rén)、合作夥伴分(fēn)享創新路(lù)上的所思所想所爲。作爲國内首家互聯網保險公司,從(cóng)2013年(nián)的“小而美“,到2017年(nián)的”破與立“,再到如(rú)今,衆安已在保險科(kē)技的大(dà)道上走過近五年(nián)。
所謂“心存敬畏 行有所止”,陳勁認爲,衆安在過去(qù)五年(nián),敬畏金融邊界,深化科(kē)技普惠,堅持保險科(kē)技戰略,并以此給予勇敢逐夢的新生代人(rén)群真正的支持和溫暖。

這是一張全家福。照(zhào)片中的梁先生是80後。幾年(nián)前,妻子不幸得(de)了癌症。他(tā)很快(kuài)做了一個決定,賣掉房(fáng)子。然後,他(tā)想到了兒子。如(rú)果有一天,兒子也病了呢(ne)?于是,梁先生認認真真地在網上給兒子和自(zì)己都(dōu)選了一份中端醫療險,衆安的尊享e生,花了1000多塊。
投保的第一年(nián),平安。但(dàn)第二年(nián),小小梁病了。今年(nián)2月2日(rì),他(tā)查出右側小腦半球占位性病變,需要馬上住院治療。梁先生沒有第二套房(fáng)子。
後面的故事(shì),很多人(rén)可(kě)能猜到了。我們先後兩次爲小小梁墊付了總計(jì)14萬的住院費,并協助梁家辦理(lǐ)了後續所有的理(lǐ)賠。目前,小小梁的身(shēn)體(tǐ)恢複得(de)很好。他(tā)們一家重新開始了奮鬥。
是的,這是一個奮鬥的時代,追夢不易,無問(wèn)西東。我們要雪中送炭,但(dàn)我們更要爲那些勇敢築夢的年(nián)輕人(rén)真正的支持和溫暖。
比如(rú),螞蟻保險社區中有一個叫做保民(mín)公社的論壇,聚集了一批80、90後。其中不乏互聯網公司的員(yuán)工(gōng)。他(tā)們擔心一個問(wèn)題:天天熬夜,猝死了怎麽辦?
這就(jiù)是年(nián)輕人(rén)的坦率。他(tā)們不僅不忌諱談論身(shēn)故保險,還(hái)敢于主動表達這種需求。他(tā)們甚至發起海選投票,選中了衆安來(lái)做這樣的産品。這就(jiù)是我們的奮鬥無憂保。
又如(rú),網上有調查指出,中國的新生代都(dōu)愛自(zì)拍(pāi),甚至75%的人(rén)會帶着手機(jī)上廁所,而25%的人(rén),手機(jī)還(hái)曾掉進廁所裡(lǐ)。所以,我們做了手機(jī)意外保。
再如(rú),年(nián)輕的姑娘愛美,微整形,比如(rú)整牙,就(jiù)是很多人(rén)想嘗試的。目前,通過信用保證保險,我們幫助了近10萬年(nián)輕人(rén)去(qù)實現美麗的夢想。
我們的團隊非常年(nián)輕,截至8月底,平均年(nián)齡隻有29.5歲。年(nián)輕人(rén)*懂(dǒng)年(nián)輕人(rén)。過去(qù)五年(nián),我們圍繞年(nián)輕人(rén)的需求,在互聯網上做了很多産品。我們與農分(fēn)期合作,鼓勵大(dà)學生回鄉創業。我們提供可(kě)以承保高風(fēng)險運動的驢友保險、子女(nǚ)可(kě)以買給父母的孝欣保、運動達人(rén)喜愛的步步保,等等。
這些産品因爲簡單、實惠、體(tǐ)驗好而廣受年(nián)輕網民(mín)的喜愛,并成爲很多中國互聯網新生代的第一張保單。
今年(nián)上半年(nián),我們的收入翻番,賣出的保單數量達到了25.6億張。按照(zhào)A4紙的寬度計(jì)算,25.6億份保單排起來(lái)可(kě)以繞赤道1/6周。我們服務的用戶數達到3億,相(xiàng)當于全國人(rén)口的21.7%。其中,18-39歲的青年(nián)人(rén)群占比達到57.8%。
年(nián)輕人(rén)愛旅遊,放(fàng)飛自(zì)我。截至6月底,衆安旅行險投保用戶中,20-35歲的年(nián)輕人(rén)占比47%。
年(nián)輕人(rén)關注健康。今年(nián)6月,我們對尊享e生系列622位年(nián)齡在18至40周歲之間的存量用戶進行電話(huà)回訪。其中,404位用戶表示,尊享e生系列是他(tā)們主動購(gòu)買的第一份健康保單,占總接通量的64.9%。
海量用戶、海量保單,這些之所以成爲可(kě)能,得(de)益于衆安的科(kē)技力量。我們廣泛應用人(rén)工(gōng)智能技術(shù),在客服部門(mén),智能客服使用率已達到70%,甚至,衆安精靈也成爲了主持人(rén)。我們深度參與制定區塊鏈相(xiàng)關的ISO标準,參與該項目的中國專家組共14人(rén),其中,6人(rén)來(lái)自(zì)衆安科(kē)技。我們有跑在雲上的核心系統,使得(de)一款新産品從(cóng)設計(jì)到上線隻需5-10天,而且可(kě)以承受每秒3.2萬單的峰值壓力。我們收集、挖掘、運用大(dà)數據。比如(rú)在消費金融生态中,衆安目前已與近百家生态場景合作,觸達3000多萬用戶,由此衍生出萬級的特征衍生變量,從(cóng)而構建出全面而立體(tǐ)的用戶畫(huà)像。

在這個過程中,我們完成了從(cóng)IT到DT的轉變。在DT時代,互聯網的觸達能力,已經從(cóng)簡單的金融服務,比如(rú)支付、貨基、借貸、簡單的保險和财富,向金融價值鏈的高端逐步上升。DT對金融業态的颠覆性改變是現代金融業自(zì)工(gōng)業革命時誕生以來(lái)*大(dà)的變革,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過電報、電話(huà)對金融的影(yǐng)響。
DT像水電一樣寶貴,我們珍惜這個時代賜予的機(jī)會,就(jiù)像那些年(nián)輕人(rén)珍惜逐夢的機(jī)會一樣。

Naturally, this will result in higher rates to insureds,” Mr. Kerr said.D&O liability rates increased by 8.25%, while commercial auto increased 8% in the quarter, and professional liability rates were up 6%, and umbrella/excess rates were up 5.5%, according to MarketScout.Commercial property rates increased 5.25% in the quarter, and business interruption rates were up 5%, while all other lines showed smaller increases, except for workers compensation, where rates fell 1%, MarketScout said.By industry class, transportation and habitational saw the highest average rate increases at 9% and 8.25% respectively, MarketScout said.Large accounts – those with $250,001 to $1 million in premium – saw a rate hike of 5.5% in the fourth quarter, as did jumbo accounts, which have more than $1 million in premium. Still, Aon said economic damage in the U.S. and Canada was poised to approach a combined $1.5 billion.Florida spent the year recovering from Hurricane Michael, which was upgraded to a Category 5 storm by NOAA in April. Inc. both reported that year-end reinsurance renewals varied by account and region, but the retrocessional reinsurance was under pressure.Rates on line for property catastrophe reinsurance programs remained stable and property per risk pricing was driven by individual program performance, the Willis report said.Although some Lloyd’s of London syndicates took firm positions on rate increases and the London market authorized capacity decreased, that capactiy was replaced by new capital and a strong supply from other markets, Willis Re said.U.S. loss-free accounts renewed at flat to up 10% while those with losses saw increases of 10% to 50%, the Willis Re report said, which was among the largest increases. Major information technology companies in India are running the risk of termination of their $1 billion contracts following Boeing Co.’s decision to halt the production of its 737 Max jets, MoneyControl reported citing the Business Standard. France-based eyewear maker Essilor International S.A. has discovered fraudulent activities at one of its factories in Thailand that could cause €190 million ($213 million) in financial losses to the company, The Irish Times reported citing Reuters. The company has filed complaints in Thailand and has fired all the involved employees.
