  目前中國有700多萬的保險代理(lǐ)人(rén),從(cóng)這麽龐大(dà)的數字來(lái)看(kàn),短(duǎn)期内人(rén)工(gōng)智能還(hái)無法完全取代代理(lǐ)人(rén),但(dàn)是人(rén)工(gōng)智能與健康險具有非常天然的貼合度,一旦投入應用,将會切中傳統保險的痛點,爲保險機(jī)構帶來(lái)嶄新的機(jī)遇和新業務增長空間,尤其是改變用戶普遍抱怨的投保麻煩、條款複雜、理(lǐ)賠難、價格高等問(wèn)題。例如(rú)人(rén)工(gōng)智能領域的智能保險顧問(wèn),可(kě)以通過大(dà)數據、保險模型,結合人(rén)工(gōng)智能來(lái)幫助用戶完成購(gòu)買保險的過程,通過機(jī)器來(lái)回答保險問(wèn)題,完成保險知識教育、産品選擇、報價等問(wèn)題,從(cóng)而有效避免主觀誤導,從(cóng)而減少保險糾紛和騷擾。

  衆所周知,日(rì)本的電子産品産業非常發達,伴随而來(lái)人(rén)工(gōng)智能産業也經常先人(rén)一步,有許多日(rì)本保險公司已經開始往這人(rén)工(gōng)智能方面進軍,其中有這麽一家保險公司所有員(yuán)工(gōng)加起來(lái)隻有34人(rén),據悉這家保險公司今年(nián)1月正式啓用人(rén)工(gōng)智能系統,負責公司的保險理(lǐ)算業務,這項措施有望把工(gōng)作效率提高30%,并且每年(nián)節省約1.4億日(rì)元(約合人(rén)民(mín)币831萬元)的工(gōng)資成本。現在,這股人(rén)工(gōng)智能風(fēng)潮也已刮向了國内保險行業。面對飛速發展的新興科(kē)技,已經有越來(lái)越多的國内險企從(cóng)排斥走向主動試水,正在保險人(rén)工(gōng)智能化的路(lù)上“摸着石頭過河”。據了解,包括平安保險、中國人(rén)壽、中國人(rén)财保險、泰康在線、太平洋保險、新華保險等在内的多家險企都(dōu)已将人(rén)工(gōng)智能引入到核保、客服等環節中。

  爲何近年(nián)來(lái)人(rén)工(gōng)智能突然在保險金融領域大(dà)火(huǒ)呢(ne)?小編覺得(de),原因有以下幾點:在經曆了2015年(nián),互聯網保險行業集中爆發又遇冷(lěng)以後,進入2017年(nián),整個行業開始變的更加冷(lěng)靜(jìng)和接地氣。一方面互聯網的玩家們開始向“場景險”切入,希望能夠将更多用戶留下;而另外一方面,以平安爲首的傳統的保險行業巨頭在經曆從(cóng)線下到線上的轉型陣痛後也開始漸入佳境,從(cóng)互聯網到人(rén)工(gōng)智能,期間的改變可(kě)能比你(nǐ)想象中還(hái)要多。而且近兩年(nián),互聯網保險的爆發行業有目共睹。根據保監會公布的數據顯示,2016年(nián)我國有平安健康保險等117家保險機(jī)構開展互聯網保險業務,實現2347.97億元的簽單保費,新增61.65億件(jiàn)互聯網保險業務保單,占全部新增保單件(jiàn)數的64.59%。

  互聯網保險的新入玩家也越來(lái)越多,資本也十分(fēn)青睐這一領域。據統計(jì),去(qù)年(nián)全球互聯網保險行業平均每個季度有48件(jiàn)融資事(shì)項發生。近幾年(nián),全球資本共向互聯網保險創業企業投入了約17億美元的資金。互聯網玩家對傳統保險行業的“入侵”,一度被認爲是對傳統保險行業的“颠覆”,尤其是當平安健康保險這類持牌互聯網保險公司進入這一領域,不僅突破了地域的限制,可(kě)以在全國範圍内經營,且互聯網渠道降低了其運營成本和獲客成本。

  螞蟻金服副總裁、保險事(shì)業群總裁尹銘在一封内部郵件(jiàn)中寫道,“保險有很大(dà)的需求,但(dàn)保險難賣,保險也難買。”正是這種“難買難賣”的問(wèn)題症結,促進了保險科(kē)技在保險行業的拓展發展,也随之帶動了與其相(xiàng)關的人(rén)工(gōng)智能行業的發展。

  既然是大(dà)勢所趨,那麽人(rén)工(gōng)智能在我國目前有哪些發展呢(ne)?

  馬雲在2016雲栖大(dà)會上提到:未來(lái)機(jī)器一定會比人(rén)聰明,但(dàn)機(jī)器不會統治人(rén)類,因爲它們沒有想象力和價值觀。2016百度世界大(dà)會上,百度公司創始人(rén)兼CEO李彥宏全面展示了“百度大(dà)腦”——百度人(rén)工(gōng)智能全貌,他(tā)從(cóng)語音、圖像、自(zì)然語言理(lǐ)解和用戶畫(huà)像等四個方面闡述了百度大(dà)腦的能力。其中,李彥宏現場展示了運用情感語音合成技術(shù)還(hái)原**影(yǐng)星張國榮聲音的視頻,通過情感語音合成技術(shù)實現與粉絲的“隔空對話(huà)”,震驚現場觀衆,觀衆直呼“帥呆了!”

  近日(rì),百度集團宣布與中國人(rén)壽達成戰略合作,雙方将借助各自(zì)優勢,在平台、數據、人(rén)工(gōng)智能等方面展開深度合作。當然,中國人(rén)壽并不是第一家“試水”人(rén)工(gōng)智能的險企。早在2012年(nián),新華保險在其短(duǎn)信、電話(huà)互動服務平台方面就(jiù)已使用了人(rén)工(gōng)智能技術(shù)系統,解答常見(jiàn)咨詢問(wèn)題。2016年(nián),“三馬”創立的衆安保險再下一城(chéng),助推整個保險生态信息化升級。

  人(rén)工(gōng)智能被用來(lái)“量身(shēn)定制”物價和保險

  目前,已有不少險企利用人(rén)工(gōng)智能技術(shù)采用去(qù)中間化方式構建直銷平台,獲取社交媒體(tǐ)數據,運用大(dà)數據技術(shù)構建定價和反欺詐模型,從(cóng)而有效評估客戶承保前、承保中和承保之後的風(fēng)險。該平台不僅能降低中間費用,提高承保效率,而且有助于降低欺詐概率,爲客戶提供更符合其自(zì)身(shēn)需求的個性化産品。去(qù)年(nián)8月,由泰康在線推出的國内首款保險智能機(jī)器人(rén)“TKer”面世,運用人(rén)臉識别、語音交互等技術(shù)能夠實現自(zì)主投保、保單查詢等功能。

  李開複曾在Google、微軟、蘋果等世界頂尖科(kē)技公司擔任全球副總裁職務,在他(tā)看(kàn)來(lái),傳統企業,比如(rú)說(shuō)股票的數據,比如(rú)說(shuō)保險業、銀行業,各種金融,數據非常的豐富,而且是非常的狹窄領域,不用跨領域的理(lǐ)解,可(kě)以快(kuài)速産生商業價值。

  能夠預測的是,随着數據電子化程度加深、數據較集中且數據質量高的行業或将*先受到人(rén)工(gōng)智能的改造,實現機(jī)器協助人(rén)類工(gōng)作、提**率。

  智能定損減少“貓膩”,一個**的售後理(lǐ)賠近在咫尺

  7分(fēn)鍾能做什麽?近日(rì),平安人(rén)壽用7分(fēn)鍾完成了一起理(lǐ)賠案件(jiàn),理(lǐ)賠速度之快(kuài)令還(hái)沒喝(hē)完一杯茶的浙江客戶楊女(nǚ)士忍不住咂舌。爲了改變核保慢(màn)、理(lǐ)賠難,不少險企試圖利用人(rén)工(gōng)智能技術(shù)“醫治”這一頑疾。比如(rú),此次平安人(rén)壽推出的“閃賠”采用*新科(kē)技實現後台的智能化審核,并快(kuài)速出具賠付結論,    保證客戶在30分(fēn)鍾内便可(kě)收到理(lǐ)賠結果。首先,通過數據分(fēn)析爲保險産品定價,實現定制。其次,通過機(jī)器識别參與保險核賠,降低風(fēng)險。據了解,螞蟻金服保險平台的圖片識别技術(shù)是核賠流程重要應用之一,其消費保險的理(lǐ)賠環節,超過九成是依靠後台技術(shù)識别和判定。更重要的環節是對圖片相(xiàng)似度的識别,在傳統保險領域,企圖騙保的人(rén),可(kě)能會拿着網上下載的圖片,在多家保險公司報案理(lǐ)賠。但(dàn)在生鮮腐爛、化妝品過敏這些消費保險上,技術(shù)可(kě)以在一個龐大(dà)的圖片庫中,比對識别出報案人(rén)上傳的是真實拍(pāi)攝圖片,還(hái)是重複使用了别人(rén)皮膚過敏的圖片,亦或是網上下載了腐爛水果的圖片。結合對理(lǐ)賠者信用程度的判斷,絕大(dà)多數理(lǐ)賠都(dōu)可(kě)以在短(duǎn)時間内在線完成,無需人(rén)工(gōng)幹預。

  再次,通過技術(shù)優化業務流程,促進交易。目前,有些互聯網保險公司和第三方平台開始将科(kē)技業務作爲重要的一塊。比如(rú)衆安保險宣布成立了獨立的科(kē)技公司,關注的技術(shù)更爲前沿,包括區塊鏈、人(rén)工(gōng)智能和大(dà)數據,推出的平台包括區塊鏈開放(fàng)平台和智能投顧,從(cóng)金融和醫療健康切入。

  醫保和人(rén)工(gōng)智能現在都(dōu)經常出現在新聞中,美國參議(yì)院廢除了“美國平價醫療法案”(又稱“奧巴馬醫改”)的立法草案,這讓一些美國人(rén)感到恐懼,與此同時,機(jī)器學習ML和人(rén)工(gōng)智能這兩個概念的流行也激發了他(tā)們對自(zì)身(shēn)的擔憂。

  既然人(rén)工(gōng)智能這麽火(huǒ),爲什麽不加快(kuài)布局保險業實際應用呢(ne)?

  目前保險領域對于人(rén)工(gōng)智能的探索,還(hái)面臨一些障礙,尤其是數據孤島的問(wèn)題:首先,健康險相(xiàng)關的健康數據、醫療數據都(dōu)留存在醫療體(tǐ)系内,少量積累在商業體(tǐ)檢公司,共享和流轉困難,很難系統地爲健康保險所用;其次,保險行業同業數據交換低效,一個客戶在不同保險公司投保信息,雖然在同業之間有部分(fēn)交互,但(dàn)是基本都(dōu)是人(rén)工(gōng)進行的,數據量無法滿足智能學習場景。而人(rén)才缺失是行業面臨的另一個痛點。人(rén)工(gōng)智能作爲一個新領域,其本身(shēn)就(jiù)是多種專業技術(shù)的複合領域,難度很高,專業人(rén)才很少,且三分(fēn)之一在美國,懂(dǒng)保險和人(rén)工(gōng)智能的複合型人(rén)才就(jiù)更稀缺了。此外,林洪祥認爲,保險行業還(hái)面臨本身(shēn)的IT基礎普遍薄弱、投入不足的情況,整體(tǐ)缺少長期演進規劃。“特别是對那些連信息系統建設都(dōu)勉勉強強的公司而言,在這個時候談人(rén)工(gōng)智能,那無異于浮沙築高樓。”健康相(xiàng)關數據積累剛剛起步,要實現智能化的風(fēng)險控制,還(hái)有很長的路(lù)要走。

Major information technology companies in India are running the risk of termination of their $1 billion contracts following Boeing Co.’s decision to halt the production of its 737 Max jets, MoneyControl reported citing the Business Standard. France-based eyewear maker Essilor International S.A. has discovered fraudulent activities at one of its factories in Thailand that could cause €190 million ($213 million) in financial losses to the company, The Irish Times reported citing Reuters. The company has filed complaints in Thailand and has fired all the involved employees.
